Terms of Service

Last updated 10 June 2026 · Early access

These terms cover your use of Korden — the desktop apps, the website, and the cloud services. By creating an account or installing Korden, you agree to them.

Korden is in early access. The product is evolving quickly and is provided “as is.” We'll post material changes here and update the date above.

1. Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Free trial & subscriptions

3. Your code & intellectual property

Your code is yours. Korden claims no ownership over the repositories, code, or content you create or work on. Korden runs locally and does not take rights in your work. You retain ownership of output your tools produce.

4. Third-party models & services

Korden connects to the model provider you choose (e.g. your Claude plan, your API key, or a local model) and to services like GitHub or GitLab. Your use of those is governed by their terms, and you're responsible for having the rights and subscriptions needed to use them.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Korden to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure. Automated agents you run are your responsibility — you remain accountable for the code they produce and the actions you approve.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Korden is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes; you review and approve every change before it ships. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korden is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as Korden grows; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@kordenhq.com.
